Bala Nemani has extensive experience in the IT industry, holding various leadership positions in different companies. In 2004, they became the CEO of Amzur Technologies, a flexible IT services and solutions provider. At Amzur, Bala focused on understanding clients' problems and providing both technological expertise and strategic guidance. In 2015, they founded eTeki Inc., an on-demand technical interviewing platform that streamlines IT talent acquisition. With eTeki, Bala aimed to address the challenges of technical screening and provided a platform powered by freelance IT specialists for real-time assessment of candidates' skills. In 2017, they became a founding partner at BridgeThings IoT, which offers sensor-cloud solutions for monitoring and optimizing utility resources in large buildings. Through the use of wireless sensors and gateways, BridgeThings enables the collection of data from geographically distributed assets for analysis and actionable insights. In 2020, Bala co-founded Evoke Systems, an open and scalable cloud platform for electric vehicle charging, energy management, and grid interaction. Bala Nemani, CEO at Amzur Technologies, completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University. Bala then went on to pursue a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994.
