Kelvin Miles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelvin began their career in 1999 at CTDI as a Repair Technician, where they repaired wireless cell phones and worked as an order picker. Kelvin then worked at Sitel from 2002 to 2007 as a Customer Service Representative. Kelvin joined Convergys in 2007 and held the role of Team Leader, where they supervised and managed a team of customer service agents. In 2010, Kelvin joined Etex Telephone Cooperative as a Customer Sales & Service Representative, and later transitioned to the role of Mobinet 4G LTE Sales Representative. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Customer Sales & Service Representative once again at Etex Telephone Cooperative. Kelvin's most recent role, starting in 2016, was as a Business Sales & Marketing Representative, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, and public relations activities at Etex Telephone Cooperative.
Kelvin Miles earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Panola College from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Stephen F. Austin State University in 1995 to study Business Management. Kelvin obtained a Diploma in Accounting from Longview High School, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
