Gaurav Prasad

Gaurav Prasad currently serves as the Head of HR for Export Trading Group, providing leadership across India, Bangladesh, and various business verticals in Asia, GCC, and Africa since March 2023. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Head of HR for India at TotalEnergies from August 2018 to March 2023, focusing on transformation in Manufacturing, R&D, and Commercial organizations for the Specialty Chemicals (Atotech) group. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Partner for People & Culture at Vestas, HR Leader for Business & Sales at Honeywell, and HR Manager at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, where Gaurav led various HR and organizational development initiatives. Gaurav holds multiple certifications in psychometrics and leadership development and has a PG in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, complemented by a degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
