Nimrod Arzoan

Nimrod Arzoan has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various leadership roles in the Israel Defense Forces for over two decades. Nimrod managed the IDF's recruitment, classification, and induction center, overseeing the conscription process for thousands of officers and soldiers. Nimrod also led the Human Resources department in the C4I & Cyber Defense Directorate, implementing organizational changes and developing innovative recruitment processes. With a Master's degree in Labor Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Nimrod's expertise in HR has been instrumental in driving efficiency and performance in their roles.
