Hannelore McElheny

Hannelore McElheny is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in creating intuitive user experiences and impactful brand designs. Currently serving as the VP of Design at Ethena since April 2020, Hannelore oversees the Product and Brand design teams, enhancing the e-learning platform for both administrators and learners while reinforcing Ethena's position as a compliance authority. Prior roles include Director of Design and Product Design Lead at Mark43, where recognition came from Fast Company as one of The World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies in 2015. Additional experience encompasses a Senior Web Designer position at Saks Fifth Avenue, a Senior Graphic Designer role at UncommonGoods, and a Designer at BorsaWallace. Hannelore holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
