Kowana J. Ragland, CMP has extensive experience in event and conference management, having worked at both Etherio and the International Society of Automation. With a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Services from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Kowana has held various leadership roles such as Vice President, Senior Director, and Conference Coordinator. At ISA, Kowana managed all aspects of international and domestic technical conferences, demonstrating strong skills in financial planning, marketing, and on-site management. Currently serving as Vice President at Etherio, Kowana continues to excel in association events and event operations.
