Francesca Cavallini

Francesca Cavallini is an experienced professional in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Country Manager at Ethical Power since September 2023. Previously, Francesca held the position of Senior Design and Construction Manager at Amazon from March 2021 to September 2023 and was the Head of Engineering & Construction at EDP Renewables from February 2013 to March 2021. Francesca began a career at Gamesa, occupying various roles including Sales Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager from 2006 to 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as DL & CSE Inspector at Pegaso Ingegneria and Site Supervisor at Italferr. Academically, Francesca holds multiple degrees, including Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from both the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, as well as additional certifications and programs in energy trading, project management, and wind energy.
