Kiran Mandrawadkar

Kiran Mandrawadkar has extensive work experience in the digital solutions and marketing field. Kiran currently holds the position of Business Head at Ethinos since 2022. Before joining Ethinos, they served as the Director - Digital Solutions at Disha Communications Private Limited from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Business Director at Maxus Global and as a Senior Group Head at ISOBAR. Kiran also played a significant role as a founding member and Business Head of the digital division at Disha Communications India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for team management, training, and revenue generation. Kiran started their career as a Corporate Account Manager at Jobstreet, where they managed accounts in the South and West Markets.

Kiran Mandrawadkar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Finance, and Systems from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Marketing from Bangalore University from 2003 to 2005. Kiran also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Gulbarga University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Kiran Mandrawadkar has completed various courses and activities. Kiran obtained the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals certification from LinkedIn in June 2023. Kiran also received the Professor of Practice certification from Dayananda Sagar Business School in January 2022. Additionally, they have served as a guest lecturer at various institutions, including IFIM Business School in January 2020, JSS Centre for Management Studies (JSS CMS) in January 2018, and Nutan Vidyalaya. Kiran has also received the Kanasu Foundation Service Award in January 2014 and served as a Board of Studies Member at St. Joseph College, Jeppu, Mangalore, and JSS Centre for Management Studies (JSS CMS). Furthermore, they have been a guest faculty member at JSS Centre for Management Studies (JSS CMS) and has given guest lectures on digital careers at Nargund College of Pharmacy - Company and UKF College of Engineering and Technology, Parippally, Kollam.
