Mekdelawit Kiroubel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mekdelawit began their career at GCS NCR Ethiopia as a Human Resources and Training Coordinator from 2001 to 2005. In 2013, they transitioned to a Senior HR, Training and Development role at ATA, focusing on staff training and development. In 2015, they became an HR and Admin Manager at Zeleman Communications, Advertising and Production PLC, where they developed and implemented various HR programs and policies. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
Mekdelawit Kiroubel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Saint Mary's University from 2014 to 2016. From 2011 to 2016, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cambridge International College (CIC), though no specific field of study was provided.
