Mekdelawit Kiroubel

Mekdelawit Kiroubel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mekdelawit began their career at GCS NCR Ethiopia as a Human Resources and Training Coordinator from 2001 to 2005. Mekdelawit then worked as a Project Coordinator at AIAU Ethiopia from 2006 to 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an HR Manager, Recruitment and Staffing at Info Mind Solutions, where they led the recruitment and staffing function and provided guidance and support to clients. In 2012, they joined LONADD HR Consultants as a Recruitment Manager, counseling various companies on HR functionalities and conducting interviews. Also in that year, they worked at Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) as a Senior HR, Recruitment and Placement, where they facilitated human resource planning and maintained job structures. In 2013, they transitioned to a Senior HR, Training and Development role at ATA, focusing on staff training and development. In 2015, they became an HR and Admin Manager at Zeleman Communications, Advertising and Production PLC, where they developed and implemented various HR programs and policies. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at the Ethiopian Red Cross Society.
