Shugart Lafleur

Shugart Lafleur serves as the Contracts Specialist for Ethisphere. She works in the legal department collaborating with Ethisphere’s General Counsel and sales team to prepare, draft, and negotiate contract agreements as they relate to Ethisphere’s products and services.

Prior to joining Ethisphere, Mrs. Lafleur spent 6 years working in small law firms focusing on corporate law & compliance, business formations, franchise purchases, contract drafting, and mergers & acquisitions. She also served 5 years on the board of directors for a non-profit which provides merit-based scholarships to both traditional and non-traditional college students, as well as charitable grants to qualifying non-profit organizations.

Shugart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Southern Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law.
