Jia En Khoo

Jia En Khoo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Seagull Agency Management, followed by a role as a Service Specialist at Sakae Holdings in 2012. Jia En then interned as a Customer Relation Management Intern at Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad in 2016.

In 2017, Jia En worked as a Case Management Analyst at Thomson Reuters for a year before joining Refinitiv in 2018 as a Case Management Analyst. At Refinitiv, they conducted KYC due diligence, verified client identities, and created KYC records.

Jia En then transitioned to IHS Markit in 2019, where they initially served as a Senior Client Services Analyst for MarkitSERV. In this role, they provided customer service and support to global clients using MarkitWire, a trade processing platform. Jia En later became a Senior Implementation Analyst, where they collaborated with the team to create user guides and videos, provided solutions to clients in APAC regions, and gave feedback on region-specific requirements.

Jia En Khoo pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Business at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from the year 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended SMJK Jit Sin from 2005 to 2011, where they focused on the field of Science. Jia En also obtained additional certifications, including the ICA Certificate in Managing Sanctions Risk from the International Compliance Association in December 2022. Jia En also holds the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia, obtained from the Ministry of Education Malaysia in 2012, and the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), obtained in 2010 from the same institution.
