Cathy McLeod has a strong background in IT support and management. Cathy started their career at Modatek Systems as a Help Desk Coop, where they provided support for office-related technology and performed basic Active Directory administration. Cathy's next role was at Ethoca, where they initially served as an IT Team Lead before transitioning to Manager of Corporate IT. In these positions, they led the IT team and provided technical support and systems administration. Most recently, Cathy held the role of Lead Systems Support Engineer, Technical at Ethoca.

Cathy McLeod attended Sheridan College from 2005 to 2007, majoring in Computer Science Technologist. Cathy obtained a certification in Microsoft 365 as a Modern Desktop Administrator Associate in November 2019 from Microsoft.
