Victor Balderas

Victor Balderas has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Customer Success and Support at Ethos since February 2022. Prior to this role, Victor held several positions at Lexia Learning from July 2021 to January 2022, including Customer Support Resource Coordinator. Earlier in Victor's career, significant experience was gained at Rosetta Stone, where roles spanned from Customer Service Representative to Associate Manager of Customer Success over a seven-year period.
