Michala Pennington

Michala Pennington is an experienced educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Polaris Community and as a Nurture Teacher at Ethos Academy Trust since September 2023. Prior to these roles, Michala worked as a Recruiter at Futures from January 2023 to February 2024 and held teaching positions at Coop Academy Woodlands from September 2018 to December 2022, Greengates Primary School from September 2009 to August 2017, and Morley Newlands Academy from September 1999 to August 2009.
