David Burton is an experienced facilitator and job developer at ETHOS Career Management Group. David has extensive experience in assisting older workers in assessing their employment options and making informed decisions to form attachments to the workforce. David has also worked as an Operations Coordinator and Resource Centre Manager for the CARE Project, where David oversaw the day-to-day operations and management of staff. With a background in psychology and sociology, David is well-equipped to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome them. Additionally, David has received training in Motivational Interviewing, Personality Dimensions Facilitator, Job Finding Club Facilitator, and Job Finding Club Trainer.
