Olen W. Richardson

Olen W. Richardson currently serves as Vice President at Ethos Distributed Solutions since April 2019 and as President of Blade Service Consulting since May 2015. Previously, Olen held the role of Strategic and Technical Advisor at Envision Energy, providing vital support to the global blade team in areas such as risk analysis, supply chain issues, and best practices in design and manufacturing. Additional experience includes positions at Mortenson Energy Services, Broadwind Services, Wind Services Group, WindCom, and GE Energy as a Quality Engineer and Field Service Engineer. Olen's career began in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1997, and earlier work as a paramedic in Texas. Olen holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Pensacola State College and further education from the University of West Florida.
