Pawel Cwiek

Pawel Cwiek is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Ethos Engineering since January 2022, previously holding a senior and mechanical design engineering position at Arup from November 2010 to January 2022. Throughout the career, Pawel has co-designed HVAC and fuel installations, conducted hydraulic calculations, performed energy modeling and HVAC system analysis, and prepared technical documentation using various software tools. Additionally, Pawel has experience as an Automation Champion for the Poland Group and has contributed to the design and optimization of data centers. Earlier in the career, Pawel worked as a Junior Account Executive at Autentika, focusing on client coordination, marketing, and content creation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning from Warsaw University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in Information Management Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
