JP Hewlett has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. JP started their career at Zipcar as a Fleet Maintenance Technician before being promoted to Supervisor of Fleet Maintenance Technician. JP then transitioned to Image Photo Services, Inc. where they worked as a Photographer and later became the Assistant Manager of Sales. JP then joined Midas Care Ltd as a Facilities and Fleet Manager, responsible for managing properties and vehicles. After that, they joined Dufry Group where they held multiple roles, including Sales Associate, Promo Ambassador, and Retail Manager. Currently, JP is working at Ethos Farm as the Head of Guest Services.

JP Hewlett completed their matriculation with merit in History at Parel Vallei High School from 2000 to 2004. During the same period, they also studied ballet grade 5-6 at the Bronwyn Atcheson School of Ballet L.I.S.T.D Cecchetti Branch, obtaining a level 5 certification. In terms of additional certifications, JP has completed various courses and programs. In 2012, they obtained an iPhotography Course certification from the International Accreditation Organization. In 2019, they completed a Managing Conflict course from VERROLYNE TRAINING LTD, a CCL My Leadership program from Carnival Cruise Line, and a Managing People course from HL Online Training. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Retail Service Excellence While Physical Distancing and Best Practice Standards Travel Retail Sales Professionals lvl 1 from Ethos Farm Limited. In 2021, JP obtained a certification in Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn and another certificate in Operations Management from Udemy. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a Basic Sign Language certification from British-Sign.
