Micky ScottBey Jones is the Company Owner and Lead Facilitator at MSBJ Facilitation and Consulting, where they coach and train professionals in sustainable leadership, conflict management, and self-care planning. They also work as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Facilitator at Ethos Talent, where they conduct workshops on preventing microaggressions and creating cultures of belonging. In their role as the Program Manager at Step Up, they manage and support educator fellows and coordinate mentor experiences. With experience in various leadership roles at organizations like Freedom Road, LLC and Faith Matters Network, Micky has a strong background in racial justice and social change movements.
