Mandeep Dhillon-Kalia serves as the Global S&OP Director and Supply Chain Director at Ethypharm since November 2021, overseeing supply chain operations, logistics, warehousing, and international operations to ensure service excellence and supply continuity. Previous experience includes roles as Global Supply Chain Manager for AUNZ & Northern Europe at LEO Pharma UK/IE, and various positions at RB, including Senior Forecast Manager and Team Lead for Customer Demand Planning. Mandeep also held demand planning roles at Monster Energy and Honda Motor Europe. Mandeep's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business with a specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics, and a Bachelor's degree in English with Business, both from the University of Greenwich.
