Anna Chernilovskaya

Anna Chernilovskaya, PhD, serves as the Chief Information Officer and Manager Datacare at ONVZ, focusing on organizational change, IT modernization within the regulated healthcare sector, and enhancing data maturity and digital support. In addition to this role, Anna is a member of SER Topvrouwen and the CIO committee for Digital Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation within CIO Platform Nederland. With a strong background in IT transformation from previous roles at Nederlandse Spoorwegen and Achmea, Anna has led significant changes in digital strategy and data management. Academic experiences include research at the Utrecht Institute for Linguistics and a visiting researcher position at Stanford University, complemented by multiple relevant educational qualifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Lomonosov Moscow State University. Anna is also involved as a supervisory board member at multiple organizations, including Hogeschool Leiden and Naturalis Biodiversity Center.
