Sander Teuchies

Sander Teuchies possesses a diverse background in education, logistics, and tour leadership. Currently serving as a Museumdocent at Rijksmuseum Boerhaave since January 2023, Sander has also been providing educational and public guidance at Naturalis Biodiversity Center since September 2016. Prior experience includes multiple roles as a Tour Leader for Sawadee Reizen and NRV from 2014 to 2022, ensuring seamless travel experiences for groups, and working as a Logistician at Smart CosmetiX and BIOKE. Sander began the academic journey at Leiden University, earning a Master’s degree in archaeology from 2004 to 2011, and has held leadership responsibilities, such as serving as the chair of the Almanak committee for the student association A.S.V. Prometheus in 2011-2012.
