Yair Pilowsky Qsd, Qisp

Yair Pilowsky, QSD, QISP, currently serves as a Senior Environmental Scientist at ETIC, beginning in November 2022. Previously, Yair held the position of Water Resources Manager and Interim Director at Endemic Environmental Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing stormwater compliance contracts in Southern California. Yair's experience also encompasses roles such as Stormwater Compliance Manager at Rincon Consultants, Inc., and Stormwater Project Manager at Tully Consulting Group, focusing on stormwater pollution prevention and compliance. Prior positions included Environmental Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at EFI Global, and Industrial Stormwater Consultant at Frog Environmental, Inc. Yair also has teaching experience as a Teaching Associate at California State University, Los Angeles.
