Colm Byrne has over 25 years of experience in ground operations and customer service within the aviation industry. Currently serving as Ramp Operations Manager at Etihad Airways since March 2016, Colm oversees airside operations at the Abu Dhabi hub, ensuring efficient use of ground servicing equipment and manpower. Prior to this role, Colm held several positions at Aer Lingus, including Duty Manager focused on resource management project implementation and Duty Station Manager in Dublin, where responsibilities included ensuring the punctual operation of flights and managing passenger experiences.
