Jamie Wood is a seasoned professional in sports marketing and partnerships, currently serving as the Global Head of Sponsorship at Etihad since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie Wood held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships & Activation at Aston Villa Football Club from September 2020 to August 2024. With extensive experience at Chelsea Football Club from August 2011 to July 2019, Jamie Wood progressed through various roles, ultimately overseeing fan engagement and partnerships in North America. Earlier career experiences include serving as Sponsorship Executive at CSM Live from July 2010 to August 2011. Jamie Wood earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing from Northumbria University between 2004 and 2007.
