Muhammad Albalooshi

Muhammad AlBalooshi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Guest Service Agent at Etihad since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing guest requests and ensuring effective airport operations at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Prior to this, Muhammad held the position of Senior Transportation Coordinator at the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Special Education, directing and supervising team activities from March 2015 to September 2021. Academically, Muhammad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jaipur National University between 2019 and 2021, an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Zabeel International Institute of Management & Technology, and completed high school with a focus on Business/Commerce at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed School from 2010 to 2012.
