Saurabh Arora

Saurabh Arora is an experienced professional in the field of customer care and digital solutions, currently serving as Portfolio Manager for Customer Care at Etihad since July 2023. Saurabh's tenure at Etihad began in June 2012, during which time various roles were held, including Digital Retail and Online Payments Solutions Lead, Program Manager, and Lead Business Analyst in multiple capacities.
