Frédéric Koenig

Frédéric Koenig has a diverse range of work experience in project controls, risk management, and consulting. Frédéric is currently serving as the Director of the Project Controls Department at Etihad Rail since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Programme Control and Risk Manager at SYSTRA from 2017 to 2022. From 2012 to 2017, they held the role of Senior Project Controls and Risk Manager at Louis Berger, specifically for the Gold Line project at Qatar Rail. Before that, they were the Risk Management Lead at Leighton Contractors from 2011 to 2012. Frédéric also worked as a Risk Management Lead at Degremont-Suez Environnement in Melbourne, Australia from 2010 to 2011. Frédéric gained extensive risk management experience earlier in their career at ALSTOM Transport from 2005 to 2010 and Segime from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Risk Management Consultant at Eurolog from 2001 to 2002, and at Ligeron sa from 2000 to 2001. Frédéric started their career as a Value Management Consultant at Covalence in 1999.

Frédéric Koenig obtained a Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance from Iut lorient, which they attended from 1995 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in industrial systems engineering, risk management, and environment at Université de Technologie de Troyes between 1997 and 2000.
