Pavel Kalev

Pavel Kalev is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Etihad Rail since February 2023. Previously, from December 2018 to January 2023, Pavel held the position of Counsel/Case Manager at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, providing legal opinions and guidance on UAE laws and overseeing the full cycle of DIAC-administered arbitration cases. Prior to that, Pavel worked as a Legal Advisor at Prestige Advocates & Legal Consultants and Kalev & Partners Law Firm, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing legal documents, offering strategic legal advice, and representing clients in local and foreign courts. Pavel possesses a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Sofia University and has demonstrated leadership in digital transformations and policy development in arbitration settings.
