Xialu Yu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and consulting within the railway sector. Currently serving as Lead Trainer/Assessor/IQA at Etihad Rail since February 2022, Xialu Yu is responsible for ensuring high-quality training delivery and assessment. Prior roles include Railway Operations and Training Consultant at Horizons Partners Limited, where Xialu Yu provided consulting services for global railway projects, and Senior Training Supervisor at Serco, focusing on leadership support and training development for Dubai Metro. Previous positions in Serco also encompassed training supervision and depot control, demonstrating a well-rounded expertise in railway operations. Xialu Yu began the career as an English lecturer, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology from Nanchang University College of Science and Technology.
