Bilal Qaiser

Bilal Qaiser is an experienced Planning & Project Control Engineer currently working at Etimaad Engineering Pvt Ltd since December 2021, involved in the NSE II project at Shell Burma Depot Pakistan. Bilal has previously contributed to the Compressor Facility Project at MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas, where project planning and scheduling were key responsibilities. Additionally, experience as a Planning Engineer at Shell Pakistan included preparing project and shutdown plans, while earlier roles as a Graduate Trainee Engineer and Project Intern at various organizations further developed technical and project management skills. Bilal holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Punjab and has also pursued educational qualifications at the Punjab Group of Colleges and Jadeed Dastgir Ideal High School.
