Denise Maldonado is a seasoned architecture professional with a robust background in construction project management and engineering coordination. Currently serving as the Residente de coordinacion de ingenierias at Etinar S.A. since October 2022, Denise has previously held roles including Residente de obra at CASTILLO CONSTRUCCIONES and Fiscalizador de Obra at TIA S.A., where responsibilities included supervising construction processes and drafting progress reports. Denise's experience also encompasses independent architectural work, overseeing residential expansions and office remodels. With a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Guayaquil and a diploma in Construction Project Management from Arka Universidad, Denise is skilled in various aspects of planning, design, and construction oversight.
