Christina DePalma

Christina DePalma has worked in various roles across a number of organizations since 2016. Christina began their career as a Rehabilitation Specialist at Rebound Physical Therapy in 2016. In 2017, they joined Mount Auburn Cambridge Independent Practice Association, Inc. (MACIPA) as an EMR (Epic) Quality Specialist and Clinical Health Coach. Christina then moved to Shriners Hospitals for Children in 2019 as a Performance Improvement Specialist. In 2021, they started working at Tufts Medicine as a Project Manager. In their role, they managed health system initiatives related to clinical integration and population health management, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, monitored progress of projects, measured success of projects against determined KPIs, provided recommendations regarding project/process improvements, and assisted in the coordination of organization-wide efforts. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Etiometry Inc. as an Implementation Project Manager.

Christina DePalma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University between 2013 and 2016. Christina has also obtained a certification in Managing Your Time from LinkedIn in August 2017.
