Ahmed Hashem possesses extensive experience in technical support, with a career spanning over eight years in roles ranging from Technical Support Engineer to Senior Technical Support Engineer. Since January 2023, Ahmed has been working at Etisal as a Technical Support professional. Prior to this, a position as a Technical Support Professional was held at Tradeline Stores from August 2021 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes significant roles at SKY Distribution and Nile Engineering for Projects S.A.E as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Ahmed started a professional journey in technical support at TE data as a Technical Support Engineer in 2015. Academic qualifications include a degree in Accounting obtained from Assiut University between 2008 and 2013.
