Mustafa Rasooli Llb

Mustafa Rasooli LLB, MBA, CAMS, currently serves as Compliance Manager for AML/CFT & GSEC at Etisalat Afghanistan since October 2023. Previously, Mustafa held the position of Head of Compliance - Operations at Afghanistan International Bank from October 2011 to October 2023, alongside roles as Compliance Manager and AML/CFT Training Manager within the same institution. Early in the career, Mustafa worked as Compliance Assistant Manager at the Independent Election Commission IEC and Tally & Account Officer with data entry responsibilities. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration focused on Public Administration from Dunya University, a Bachelor in Laws from Fanoos University, and multiple certifications in risk management, project management, and anti-money laundering laws. Currently, Mustafa is pursuing certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist through ACAMS.
