Mahmoud Elmarakby

Mahmoud ElMarakby has over 16 years of experience in IT business management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Business Management at Etisalat Egypt since February 2007. In this role, Mahmoud oversees IT financial management, procurement, vendor contracts, governance, and supplier management. Previous positions include managing vendor relationships, project execution for IT rollouts, and leading teams focused on hardware support and technical assistance. Mahmoud has a strong background in asset management, negotiation, and contract administration, contributing to strategic improvements in operational efficiency. Currently pursuing an MBA from Royal Business College, Mahmoud holds a BSc in Communications and Electronics from Mansoura University.
