Ahmed Khedr

Ahmed Khedr possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Vice President Retail | Digital Transformation at Etisalat UAE since July 2018. Previously, Khedr held various leadership roles at Vodafone Egypt from September 1998 to June 2018, including Head of Retail, overseeing over 350 stores and a vast workforce, as well as managing significant retail operations, customer experience, and P&L responsibilities. Khedr's experience also includes directing sales and data teams, managing customer care operations, and mitigating fraud risks.
