Senior Solution Manager at Etiya

Ali Ergelen has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ali started their career as a Billing Collection Analyst Programmer at Turkcell, where they were responsible for controlling the charging calculation process and ensuring coordination between product, billing, and charging systems.

Ali then became a PL/SQL Developer at Turkcell, where they designed and developed SQL and PL/SQL programming packages and queries for SMS applications. Ali also worked closely with the Data Quality team to improve data quality standards.

Later, Ali joined Etiya as a CRM Migration Senior Consultant, where they planned and executed CRM data migration projects. Ali worked closely with stakeholders and provided updates on project phases.

Ali then progressed to become a CRM Data Operation Team Leader at Etiya, where they analyzed business needs and provided solutions according to the company's vision and strategic objectives. Ali was also responsible for project planning and execution.

Ali then took on the role of a Campaign and Configuration Manager at Etiya, before being promoted to Solution Manager. In their role as Solution Manager, they were responsible for managing solutions for clients.

Currently, Ali holds the position of Senior Solution Manager at Etiya, where they are responsible for managing solutions at a senior level.

Overall, Ali has a strong background in CRM systems, data migration, and project management, with expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming.

Ali Ergelen attended Anadolu University from 1999 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they attended Sivas Cumhuriyet University and focused on Computer Programming. In terms of additional certifications, Ali Ergelen obtained various certifications from different institutions. In September 2020, they obtained certifications in AI Fundamentals, Digital Business Ecosystems Fundamentals, Open Digital Architecture Fundamentals, and TM Forum Digital Maturity & Transformation Fundamentals from TM Forum. In March 2015, they completed a Certificate Program in Project Management (PMP) from Istanbul Kurumsal Gelişim. In November 2014, they attended the Leadership Academy at Etiya. Furthermore, in June 2012, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from Hewlett-Packard, and in January 2012, they completed the Information Framework (SID) Level2 certification from TM Forum.
