Barış Coşkun

Barış Coşkun has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and engineering. Barış is currently employed as a Data Scientist at Etiya since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Algomedicus and Orientis.ai from August 2021 to October 2022.

Before their data science roles, Barış gained experience as a Design Engineer at TUSAŞ - Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii A.Ş. / Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc. (TAI) from April 2018 to July 2021. Barış also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Bilkent Üniversitesi, specifically in Asst. Prof. Ercüment Çiçek's Research Group from June 2016 to June 2017.

Barış started their career as an intern at Aselsan in July 2016 and at AE Akıllı Bina Sistemleri in June 2015.

Barış Coşkun's education history begins with their attendance at Ankara Atatürk Lisesi from 2007 to 2012. Barış then pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University from 2012 to 2017. Following that, they completed a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Barış Coşkun is pursuing a Doctorate degree in Data Science at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University).
