Dilek Kalaycı

Dilek Kalaycı has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2011, they started their career at İdea Teknoloji Çözümleri as a Support Specialist, followed by a promotion to Project Support Specialist and later as a Senior Software Test Specialist. During this time, they worked on various projects, including ERP system integration tests with SAP.

In 2017, they joined Etiya as a Senior Operations Specialist, where they stayed until 2020.
