Gözde Taşkın

Gözde Taşkın has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Customer Care Specialist at Turkcell Operations. Gözde then worked as a Field Communication Expert, coordinating a team of 20 people, and later as a Planning and Monitoring Expert, where they monitored and prepared reports on Customer Care operations. In 2011, Gözde became a Curriculum Manager and Instructor at İstanbul Go Okulu, organizing Go game workshops on analytical thinking and strategic planning. Gözde then worked at Kartaca as a TurkcellMuzik Operations Project Manager, driving and empowering the relations between clients and internal teams. Following that, they joined fikirbazzenger as a Project Management Lead, overseeing technical and commercial aspects of multiple projects. Most recently, Gözde worked at Etiya as a Release Manager, where they created and governed standards and processes for release management and coordinated client communications.

Gözde Taşkın received their Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from Istanbul University between 1999 and 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in project management and IT service management. In 2022, Gözde achieved the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, and the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
