İrem Malkoç

İrem Malkoç's work experience includes various roles at different companies.

At Etiya, they worked as a Senior Specialist, Application Operations starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Application Operations Specialist starting in December 2021.

Before joining Etiya, İrem worked as an Electrical Electronic Engineer at RM Istanbul from October 2020 to November 2021.

İrem also had involvement with IEEE SAU Student Branch, where they served as a board member from September 2018 to October 2020, and as a student member from September 2016 to October 2020.

In 2019, İrem had an engineering internship at İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, and in 2018, they had an engineering internship at Ericsson.

İrem Malkoç completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sakarya University from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they obtained several certifications from TM Forum in various areas such as Business Process Framework (eTOM), Customer Centricity, Information Framework (SID), Open Digital Framework (ODF), and TM Forum Open API. These certifications were obtained in October 2022.
