Şebnem M. began their work experience in 1999 as a Risk Management Specialist at Yapı Kredi. Şebnem then moved on to Vodafone in 2001, where they held various roles, including Customer Services Agent, Customer Services Teamleader, Customer Services Supervisor, Realtime Monitoring Manager, and Partnerships Manager.
