Selime Özaktaş

Selime Özaktaş has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and ERP. Selime currently holds the position of Principal Specialist in Business Analysis at Etiya starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TARNET as a Business Analyst from January 2020 to April 2022, where they were responsible for analyzing and documenting customer needs, preparing requirement documents, and conducting integration analysis.

Before TARNET, Selime was an ERP Specialist and Software Specialist at Yildizlar SSS Holding from June 2018 to January 2020, and at Alimoglu Marble Granite Co. from December 2015 to June 2018. In these roles, they gained experience in ERP systems and software development.

Selime began their career as an intern at SADE GROUP in June 2014, where they had a short-term role.

Selime Özaktaş completed their Master's degree in Systems Engineering from İzmir Katip Çelebi University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Computer Engineering at Gediz University from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Selime has obtained multiple certifications in various areas including Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level Exam, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level Exam, Customer Centricity Foundation Level Exam, and Open Digital Framework Foundation Level Exam from TM Forum in October and November 2022.
