Tayfun Kibritçi, PMP, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Tayfun began their career as a Business Development and Sales Executive at Foks Leather& IT Technologies, where they maintained client relationships and developed websites.

Tayfun then worked as a Software Engineer at Dinamik Çözüm before joining Turk Telekom as a CRM Test & Software Performance Test Engineer, where they performed various tests on CRM systems and led a data verification team.

At Ericsson, they served as an IT Engineer Experienced, performing tests on CRM and Billing systems and reporting defects. Tayfun also worked as an Oracle Database Specialist, managing database deployments and coding PL/SQL functions and procedures.

Kibritçi later joined Vodafone Turkey as a CRM Senior Specialist, responsible for administering CRM technologies and reviewing the technical architecture of solutions.

Currently, they are employed at Etiya as a Senior Presales Solutions Manager, where they enable service providers to deliver a differentiated customer experience. Tayfun also previously held the position of Presales Solutions Manager at Etiya.

Throughout their career, Kibritçi has demonstrated skills in project management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and requirements gathering.

Tayfun Kibritçi, PMP, MBA has a diverse educational background. Tayfun obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Kadir Has University, graduating in 2007. Later, in 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Istanbul Bilgi University.

In addition to their degrees, Tayfun Kibritçi has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include certifications such as Customer Centricity Foundation Level Exam and Open Digital Framework Foundation Level Exam from TM Forum in October 2022, TOGAF® Certification Program from BlueMark Academy in November 2021, Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2020, and TM Forum Open API Foundation Level Exam, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level Exam, and Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level Exam from TM Forum in 2019.

Furthermore, Tayfun Kibritçi has acquired various professional certifications earlier in their career. These include certifications such as Test Automation Strategy and Planning from Bilginç IT Academy in August 2016, Advance PL/SQL, PL / SQL Programming, and Oracle 11g DB Administration Workshop I & II from Bilginç IT Academy in 2013 and 2011 respectively. Tayfun has also obtained CERTIFIED TESTER FOUNDATION LEVEL from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2011 and Java Programming from Akiza in February 2011.
