Uygar Aydın

Uygar Aydın has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting from 2023, they worked at Etiya as the head of Business Analysis & Product Management, where they managed a team of six and implemented customer service management solutions for telecom, automotive, and tech corporations globally. Uygar focused on continuously improving products and nurturing the team and organization with best practices.

Prior to their role at Etiya, Uygar worked at Sabanci University from 2019 to 2022 as part of the Lean Transformation & Solutions team. Here, they played a vital role in implementing lean methodologies and driving process improvements.

From 2016 to 2018, Uygar worked at Nestlé as an HR Business Excellence Manager. Uygar led various projects related to HR transformation, global roll-outs, and data governance. Uygar also took on roles such as Transformation Projects Lead, SAP HCM Consultant, and Market Role Coordinator.

Before Nestlé, Uygar worked as a Business Solutions Consultant at Tırışka Obje Tasarım Atölyesi from 2013 to 2016. Uygar played a key role in providing business solutions and consulting services.

From 2011 to 2013, Uygar worked at BASF (BC Turkey, Middle East & North Africa) as an HR Analytics & Processes specialist. Uygar played a significant role in data governance, SAP HR projects, and coordinating cross-functional topics between BASF group companies.

Prior to BASF, Uygar had experience at Bilgililer Association as a Reporting & Database specialist from 2009 to 2011, and at Santralistanbul as an Assistant to the Communication Director & CEO from 2007 to 2008.

Uygar Aydın attended Antalya AAK Anatolian High School from 1999 to 2003, where they focused on studying Physical Sciences. Following their high school education, Uygar enrolled at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2004 and graduated in 2011. During their time at the university, they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a 100% scholarship, although the specific degree name is not provided.
