Yasemen Özsan Balkan

Yasemen Özsan Balkan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Yasemen started their career in 2013 as a Production Planning Intern at NOKSEL Çelik Boru San. A.Ş. In 2014, they interned at Beymen as a Buying Planning and Merchandising Intern, where they conducted research and interviews to improve operations.

Then, they became a Principal Product Management Specialist at Etiya, specializing in BSS and Admin Toolbox products. Currently, they serve as the Principal Business Analyst of a digital transformation project for Bouygues Telecom, working on B2B and B2C Telco CRM solutions.

Throughout their career, Yasemen has gained extensive experience in full cycle implementation, database configuration management, requirements analysis and gathering, and go-live processes.
