Jaume Farell

Jaume Farell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jaume is currently working at Etnia Barcelona, where they hold the role of STRATEGY-ORGANIZATION-CIM. Prior to this, they worked at SOLVE ADVISORS GROUP as General Management-Operations-Transformation&Change Management-Continuous improvement-Quality. Jaume also served as a Senior Consultant & Advisor at EMAT.

Jaume Farell has a diverse education history, spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. In 1977, they attended UNCET, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering, completing their studies in 1981. In 1983, they obtained a Master's degree in Electro-Medicine from GE-AG Langenthal Switzerland.

During their career, Jaume Farell also pursued further education to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jaume completed a Master's program in Production Management at CESEM Instituto de Estudios Empresariales in 1992-1993. In 1999, they participated in a program on Project Management at IVST Paris.

In the early 2000s, Jaume Farell completed various programs and certifications related to manufacturing and leadership. Jaume engaged in a Lean Manufacturing program at DMS EU Institute in 2004 and obtained a Green Belt certification in 6 Sigma from AIT Group Europe SARL in the same year. Additionally, they completed the Shainin Red X and DPS Executive Strategies program from Shainin LLC EU in 2005. Jaume also participated in the Lean Inception Program at the Universitat de Barcelona and the Inside-Out Leadership program at Alto Rendimiento S.L. & High Efficiency USA, although specific start and end years are not provided for these programs.

In recent years, Jaume Farell pursued executive education related to digital innovation and leadership.
