Angela Y. Liu

Angela Y. Liu is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Technical Director of Engineering at Etnyre International, Ltd., since August 2024. Previously, Angela held key leadership roles at LiuGong North America from January 2020 to August 2024, including Director of North America R&D and Deputy Executive Director of Global R&D, focusing on advancing technology in hydraulics, batteries, and digital transformation. Angela's extensive experience also encompasses significant positions at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2001 to January 2020, where responsibilities included project leadership in engineering and simulation, as well as process improvement through Six Sigma methodologies. Early career experience includes a project leadership role at Belcan, providing engineering consulting services to major clients. Angela earned a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University, alongside additional certifications in Supply Chain Management and executive education at Smith College.
