Kyle McLaren-Kennedy began their work experience in 2010 as a Technical Support Consultant at Sage. From 2010 to 2014, they held various roles at Sage, including Channel Support Team Leader and Account Service Manager. In 2014, they joined Axiz as a Product Manager and worked there until 2016. In 2016, Kyle joined Eton Bridge Partners Ltd as a Researcher in Executive Search and later progressed to the role of Delivery Consultant in Interim Management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Research at Eton Bridge Partners, overseeing both Executive Search and Interim Management teams. In their current role, they manage the Research team, handles workload allocation, develops training initiatives, and leads various internal projects to streamline processes and research/delivery support.
Kyle McLaren-Kennedy's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Intrapreneurial Management from the University of Johannesburg, which they completed in 2008. In 2014, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Currently, in 2022, Kyle is pursuing a L5 People Management qualification from CIPD Qualifications.
